2. Appointments
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet poses a safety risk.
- Pet owners are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, behavioral issues, or special needs.

To get help: Reply HELP to any message or contact us through our website.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe from SMS notifications. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
