Types of messages we send:

Consent (opt-in)

How you opt in: By providing your mobile phone number when you book a grooming appointment with Dogtor Pet Grooming — directly with our team, through our scheduling system, or by sending us a request — you agree to receive SMS messages from us at the number you provided, for the purposes described above.

We do not add phone numbers to our messaging program from third-party lists or purchases. Every recipient has an active business relationship with us.

Message frequency

Frequency depends on your booking activity. A typical appointment results in up to 3 messages (confirmation + 24-hour reminder + on-the-way notice). If you have multiple appointments, you may receive additional messages proportional to the number of bookings.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Dogtor Pet Grooming does not charge any fee for receiving SMS messages — any charges are between you and your carrier.

How to opt out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation, after which no further SMS messages will be sent to that number from this program.

Opting out of SMS does not cancel your appointment or your relationship with us. You will still be contacted by email if we have your email address on file. To opt out of email, contact us directly.

How to get help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message to receive contact information and basic program details. You can also contact us at any time:
