Dogtor Pet Grooming provides mobile pet grooming services in the Houston, Texas area. Services include bathing, haircuts, nail trimming, and other grooming treatments for dogs and cats.

2. Appointments

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet poses a safety risk.
  • Pet owners are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, behavioral issues, or special needs.

3. SMS Messaging Program

Program description: We send appointment reminders, confirmations, cancellations, pet pickup notifications, and customer service messages to clients who have booked grooming services.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule. You may receive up to 3 messages per appointment.

Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

To get help: Reply HELP to any message or contact us through our website.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe from SMS notifications. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most US carriers. Carrier support may vary.

4. Consent to Receive SMS

By providing your phone number to Dogtor Pet Grooming, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your appointments and pet care services. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message.

5. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as communicated.

6. Liability

Dogtor Pet Grooming takes every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet. However, we are not liable for pre-existing medical conditions that may become apparent during grooming. We will notify you immediately of any health concerns observed during service.
